Ah yes, it's football season and though many of us are glued to our tv sets for the big game it's worth looking for the best property selection of the upcoming winter high season.  Most sellers expect more people will arrive to look at and purchase a place in the sun over the "Season".  

They put their places on the market in the Fall.  Sharp eyed Buyers can find the best selection of properties before the season and choose the one that suits them best.  Prices in our area are very reasonable.  If you are sitting in front of your tv watching that game remember the smartest are picking out their new home in Florida and will have it ready for the gorgeous sunshine and warm weather we have in Winter. Many new home builders have special discounts on their pre-built inventory as well.
