Meet Jerry
 Jerry Tatarian is a very lucky Realtor. He lives and works in a tropical paradise called Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. Jerry is well known on the island for helping over 1,000 families in their search for homes, vacation properties and investments over the last 18 plus years. His first priority is customer service and satisfaction and his career achievements reflect this concern.
Jerry is affiliated with RE/MAX Realty Group in Ft. Myers, Florida. While with RE/MAX, he has earned the Platinum Club Award, the highest yearly sales award in the RE/MAX system every year since the award has been given and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards. In 1996, Jerry was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. His advertising and marketing campaigns have been displayed at three national RE/MAX conventions. In 2007, Jerry was named in top 20 of 5,400 Realtors for RE/MAX of Florida and is again in the top tier in Florida this year.
Jerry's interest in working with people goes back to college. He earned a B.S. from Syracuse University in public relations and attended Michigan State graduate school. Professionally Jerry has attained the: CRP-Certified Relocation Professional designation (only CRP in the area) ABR- Accredited Buyers Representative designation (1st in the area) CRS- Certified Residential Specialist designation and EPRO-Electronic Professional.
Jerry has also achieved the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Luxury Home Merketing Institute for his achievements in selling and marketing higher priced properties, though he sells all price ranges.
Jerry has a Florida Real Estate Brokers license and is an experienced businessman. He and his wife Mary have lived on the beach since 1985.
They have been active in many community sponsored activities. Jerry has served as a director for the Greater Ft. Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce and for the Ft. Myers Beach Lions Club of which he is a past president. He was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellow from Lions International for service.
