 Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancelled within 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund minus a hundred dollar processing fee.

All reservation-cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund minus a hundred-dollar processing fee.

All reservation cancelled in less then 14 days of arrival date are NON refundable.

Please understand that properties in our area at peak season are very sought after. If we reserve these dates for you then and you cancel if owners are unable to rent to another renter there is a large loss of money. If however you cancel in less than 14 days of arrival and owners are able to rent the unit for the days of you original stay owners will refund 50% of your deposit plus one hundred dollar processing fees. If property rented is a condominium renters agree that they shall abide by all rules and regulations of the condominium association as applies to occupants agree that within 3 weeks after departure my damage deposit will be returned to renter(s) minus any amounts owed for damages done to unit, units contents and/or any inventory missing from this unit. I further agree to pay additional charges should the amount of damage exceed the damage deposit for damages done to the property, contents and/or any inventory missing from this property.
