YOUR TAX BILL HAS ARRIVED

IF YOU OWN PROPERTY IN LEE COUNTY YOUR PROPERTY TAXES ARE PROBABLY TOO HIGH. This is the most important information you will receive to help sell your property now or in the future.

You probably recently received your proposed tax bill from Lee County.  If you believe, like I do, it is probably way too high for the current market.  Your ONLY RECOURSE ends Sept 11,2007- that is to file a protest. The County doesn't easily offer you the only and required form to do so, but I have the link to download and print it online. http://www.leepa.org/VAB/VABRealEstate2007.pdf 

I hope you will do yourself and your family a favor and fill the form out and be sure it arrives back at the address on the form instructions by 9/11/07.  If your taxes go down Your Sales Price Goes Up.!!!!!    Direct your Lee County friends to my web site where I have placed a link to the form- www.765LIST.com     It will be the best tip you can give them to protect the ultimate value of their property.

REMEMBER: You Lose Your Right to protest if you don't protest with the form  September 11,2007! These next few weeks are the only time this year you will be able to affect your appraisal from the county.

Why Buy or Sell in the Current Market?

Maybe you've asked this question yourself.  The answer in this market is clearer if we all step back and look at the Big Picture.

Just today, I saw statistics in Gulf Coast Business Magazine that more than 25% of Lee County properties are vacant, that is not occupied even part time.  This means for Buyers a great selection of mostly newer properties in mostly better locations than pre-construction communities are able to offer. Choices and selection for any buyer who wants a great SW Florida lifestyle including waterfront locations have never been better.

If you are a potential future owner, and you expect to own for at least four more years after buying this is a perfect time..make your decision on the real reason you buy ..to enjoy your life!! That is the big picture for Buyers!

Life enjoyment is the big picture for Sellers too!  If you want to make that move for your own happiness and enjoyment of life, market conditions should be of little importance.

Every day as I look out at the sun and beautiful summer sky I try to keep the big picture in mind.  What's Your Big Picture?  Life is short .. ENJOY.
